What we collect and why
When you use the contact form, we store the details you give us (name, email, and optionally organisation, phone and the services you are interested in) together with your message, so the team can reply and follow up.
When you use the website assistant, we store the conversation so we can review and improve answers. If you leave your details in the chat, they are saved as an enquiry for the team. Questions may be processed by our AI provider to generate an answer.
We do not store your IP address in readable form; we keep a one-way hash to prevent spam and abuse. The site sets a session cookie only when you use a form, and does not use advertising cookies.
